Placing your return

• We’re paperless! You won’t receive a paper returns note in your parcel.
• You have 28 days of the order being delivered to you or available for collection to return it to us.
• Returns take up to 14 calendar days to reach our warehouse and be processed.
• Items marked 'Final Sale' have been heavily discounted and are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds, other than in exceptional circumstances. This does not affect your statutory rights. These items will be marked as 'Final Sale' and will be visible at checkout.
• All returns are subject to our original condition and Fair Use policies – check out our Returns Policy.
• Once we've processed your return, your refund may take up to 10 business days to reach your account (this depends on your bank or payment provider).
• We don’t offer exchanges – all accepted returns will be refunded.

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If our Quality Control team are unhappy with the condition an item has been returned in (e.g., tags have been removed, or there are signs of wear) and we’re unable to put it back into stock, we may not be able to accept your return.

If you paid for your whole order with an E-Gift Card, then the refund will be credited to your store account ready for you to spend straight away.

If you paid with a combination of E-Gift Card and another payment method, we'll refund the alternative payment method first, and then the remaining amount will be credited to your store account ready for you to spend.

Your replacement E-Gift Card will have the same expiry date as your original E-Gift Card.
